Hi Tiago, great article and I like the perspective defining a 5 level maturity model. Many organizations a built on business independent units with its own business objectives. How would you define a component monitoring? Would it be business dashboard verifying business KPIs or sort of an SLO focused on the stability and resilience of each component or both? Thx
